Who owns the copyright to photos taken during an A Level Photography course, once it’s finished?
Question by EMMA N: Who owns the copyright to photos taken during an A Level Photography course, once it’s finished?
Do the rights transfer automatically to the ex-student photographer, or do they stay with the examining board; in particular, the AQA?
(BTW; My images are mostly self-portraits, so I am both the model and the photographer, if that makes a difference?!)

Answer by nana .know it all Emma images belong to the photographer unless you sell or give them away you should make copies and request that they are returned to you
