Question by suzymsutherland: Can anyone recommend a good wedding photographer in Edinburgh area? Not horrendously expensive please!!?
Would like to find a wedding photographer who is a bit different (would consider a photography student etc). Budget is around £1000. Would like some really special photos!! Thanks

Question by Cool Dude: Anyone heard of Martin Brown Photography in the Glasgow area?
He videoed my wedding and I haven’t heard from him since. Any ideas?
I tried that. He has done some work at The Wedding Show where I got his number now and there is about 17 couples looking for him.

well, im from glasgow, never heard of him, u cud track hi down via the yellow pages or internet?
where did u hear about him?

Question by stormolina: Does anyone know of any digital photography professionals?
I want someone to photoshop a few wedding photos to make them either into a collage or do something brilliant with them and then print it onto canvas. I dont want a normal wedding photographer canvas picture though, i want something beautiful and interesting, a one off. I have no idea where to start looking tho so does anyone know of any one person or company who can make masterpieces?

A friend of mine is a great photographer and design wiz. He could probably do what you’re looking for.

My sister is marrying in Brighton next month and urgently needs a decent photographer to record her wedding day. All the ones I have come across seem to be part time one man bands operating out of their back room. I object to paying over £1000 to these guys! Looking for a true professional photography service , i.e photographers with their own premises. studio etc. Also she may want her dress photographed in a studio before getting married to celebrate her engagement, so that’s important too. Money is not a huge issue as her fiance is loaded, but we do want a truely professional wedding photography service! Any ideas?

Absolutely not! Anything that sounds too good to be true IS. Never trust people over the internet. I’d be very wary about this, unless you signed up for a contest or something. But even if that’s the case, they usually call rather than email you.
