Ring your local newspaper, ask for the chief photographer, and ask if any of his staff are interested in this work. Local newspaper photographers are among the best in the country. They know exactly how to get the best shots and will be glad of the chance ot earn some spare cash.

How much should I sell my copyrighted photos for?
Question by Tim C: How much should I sell my copyrighted photos for?
I am starting a business in photography and design. I was recently asked to take some photos of a venue for marketing. The owners of the venue liked the photos and now they want to buy them. So how much should I sell them for??? I know how much to charge for a wedding, but I have no idea what to charge for these shots!
It is a rather large, and well known corporation that owns the establishment.
It is for commercial use. Printing brochures and such.

usually it is cheap to pop down to your local art store and buy a ringbound black portfolio, then i print of my pics and stick them in.
depending on what route u want to take when sticking in you can go arty and annoted randomly around or you can create some text and stick that in too.
maybe look into canvas printing?
